Salomon is a second-generation coffee producer, known for his hospitality, experience, and standout Marshell Naturals. Salomon’s farm sees more visitors than any other in the network, a testament to his welcoming presence and deep agronomic knowledge. The Marshell varietal a rare combination of cup quality and disease resistance, grown primarily in Cajamarca, Peru; this selection, being a natural-process, was fermented and dried in-cherry, producing notes of juicy berry and sweet wine.
