We had the pleasure of spending a day with Nesru and her husband, Mensur (whose coffee we also purchased), this past January - sharing a lovely meal and walking their beautiful farm. They are the cornerstone of Osito’s relationship with the Tokuma Group - the farming community in Jimma that comprised most of our buying in Ethiopia this year. This washed coffee expresses very nice clarity, with notes of juicy tropical fruit.
