A part of the Tokuma Group, which also includes Osito’s longtime partner, Mensur Abahika, Mohammed’s entire 35.7-hectare farm sits above 2000 meters, in the Omafuntulay Kebele. Cherry is handpicked for ripeness, and then dried on raised beds for 20 days. This was another of the coffees that we were able to select during our visit to Jimma in January, which stood out for its juiciness and diverse presentation of fruit.
