Mensur is someone who we had the pleasure of spending some quality time with during our trip to Ethiopia earlier this year. He is a man whose spirit and generosity transcend language, and he has been the linchpin between our sourcing partners, Osito Coffee, and the Tokuma Farmer Group, in western Ethiopia. This coffee has really nice stone fruit on the front end, with round acidity, and follows with some tropical fruit sweetness as the cup cools.
