Another of our selections from the 2024 Copa de Oro, this coffee placed 3rd in the Southern Division and made it to the final table. We celebrated it for its juicy tropical fruit, great clarity and nice top-end acidity. This micro lot was brought in from the field and immediately put into bags to ferment in-cherry for 24 hours, after which it was de-pulped and re-bagged for an additional 48 hours. It was then rinsed twice and dried on a cement patio for 18 days.
