We were fortunate enough to come across this coffee on the calibration table, prior to the 2024 Copa de Oro. Because the sample wasn’t submitted in time, it wasn’t able to be accepted into the competition itself, but trust us when we tell you that it would have almost certainly been a top-3. José is a second-generation farmer, and grows Gesha, Pink Bourbon and Sidra on his three-hectare farm, Finca Villa Sofia.
