A mentee of her cousin, Carmen Montoya, Gloria has been instilled with a passion for coffee since childhood. She is committed to expanding her knowledge of cultivation and processing, and then bestowing that knowledge upon her children. This particular Chiroso was fermented in-cherry for 36 hours before being fully washed and dried on raised beds. The result for us boasts prominent fruit and toffee-like sweetness.
