Winner of the 2024 Copa de Oro, this coffee is a stunner. It stood out on every table for its prominent tropical fruit, articulated acidity and impressive structure (from hot to cold). This is the second time. Francy’s coffee has placed in the top-15, and she is now the first woman to have won the grand prize. Her methods for harvesting and processing this Pink Bourbon involved multiple stages of hand-sorting, a two-part fermentation (in-cherry and in-mucilage) and drying on raised beds within a parabolic solar dryer.
