Having learned the trade from his father, Edilberto has been growing coffee since he was a boy. At 18, he suffered an accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down, but his perseverence has seen to a career that is anything but limited - producing numerous cultivars and processes with consistently high quality. This coffee is a blend of different varietals, which were double-fermented in-cherry before being sun-dried on raised beds.
