Danilo and his family cultivate Chiroso and raise cattle on their farm, Las Mañanitas. They have a strong bond with their producing community in Urrao, and have recently joined Unblended’s Young Producers Program - demonstrating their commitment to the education/improvement of Urrao’s future generations of coffee farmers. This coffee was pulped and fermented in water, before being fully washed and dried to optimal moisture.
