Sebastián's partnership with Unblended affords him not only the means of distributing his own coffees, but also positions him to mentor up-and-coming Colombian producers as part of their "Young Producers" program.  This particular offering is a paragon of all that he brings to the table - the crown jewel cultivar, harvested at peak ripeness, carbonically-macerated for 48 hours and then slow-dried with shade netting.  The result is a pristinely-delicate layering of florality and citrus, giving way to sweeter tropical fruit as it cools.
