We connected with this coffee through our friends at Colombian Coffee Hunter. Big fans of Nariño for the depth and dimension we find in the coffees there, this Gesha was no exception. Never wanting process to overshadow the inherent value of a varietal such as Gesha, we were thrilled to find that this coffee’s 48-hour anaerobic fermentation serves to heighten fruit without imposing any unwanted booziness.
