We are proud to announce that with the opening of our third Brooklyn location (163 Nassau Ave), we are also ushering in a new era for our baking program.  The realization of three years of planning and preparation, the new 2,000 sq. ft. space affords a capacity for Executive Pastry Chef, Alexander Zacena, to fully showcase his culinary artistry.  A rotating menu of handmade viennoiserie and other seasonal pastries are paired with Paloma's extensive menu of signature and single-origin coffees.
